What we collect
When you request information or apply for a lease, the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address, location, occupation and the item you want to lease — are sent to us via WhatsApp or email. This website does not store them.
AI assistant
Our website chat ("Adept Assistant") is an AI. Messages you type in the chat are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies, and the conversation is kept in your browser only for your current visit. If you agree to share your details in the chat, we receive them so our team can contact you. Please don't share sensitive information such as BVN, NIN or bank details in the chat.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, assess and prepare a lease offer, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
